This page lists what you can ask Groomr to do today. Each example is something you can type, or say, in your Groomr chat. For a quick answer about your own business and role, ask Groomr “what can you do?”

Prices that change by size or by appointment length are set in Settings, not in chat. Groomr will tell you when that’s the case.

Groomr answers breed questions from its own curated reference, not from general knowledge.
Good to know
- What Groomr can do depends on your role. It only does what your role in the team allows. Changing a setting needs permission to edit settings, changing a price needs permission to edit pricing, and closing the whole business for a day needs permission to edit everyone’s schedule.
- Some things need a paid plan. Memory and follow-up reminders (What Groomr remembers) and the marketing tools above need Pay-as-you-go (a card on file) or Groomr Pro.
- Route tools are for mobile grooming. They appear when your business runs mobile appointments.
- Hard-to-undo actions wait for you. Deleting a client, pet, appointment or service shows you an approval first. See Approvals.
