Your service menu
Your service menu is the list of grooms you offer and what each one costs. Set it up before you start booking, and come back whenever a price changes.
Ask Groomr
“Add a nail trim for $20, 15 minutes”
Groomr checks the name, price and length with you, then adds the service with that one flat price. It tells you if you already have a service with that name. Say “mobile” if it belongs on your mobile menu. Otherwise it goes on your salon menu.
“Change the price of Nail Trim to $25”
This works for a service with one flat price. A service priced by size or by duration has more than one price, so Groomr sends you to the page instead.
“Help me set up my service menu”
Groomr walks you through your services, the price for each size, how long each takes, and your modifiers. It builds a draft and opens it in a Pricing setup panel beside the conversation. Nothing changes until you review it and click Save pricing.
“Delete the De-shed Treatment service”
Groomr asks you to approve before it deletes anything. Deleting a service also deletes its prices.
Or do it yourself
To add a service:
- Go to Settings → Commerce → Services & Pricing.
- Under Service menu, click Add service. (If you offer salon and mobile grooming, pick Salon or Mobile first. The button then reads Add salon service or Add mobile service.)
- Fill in Name and Description.
- Choose how it’s Priced by: By size, By duration or Flat rate.
- Enter a price in each row that appears.
- Set the Appointment length in minutes.
- Turn on Trim styles if you want clients offered a trim style after this service, for breeds that have them.
- Click Create service.
To change a service, click its row. The editor opens under the row so you can still see the services around it. Make your changes and click Save.
To reorder your menu, drag a service by the handle on its left.
To delete a service, open it and press and hold Delete until the bar fills.
Good to know
The three ways to price a service:

Size tiers are Small (1–25 lbs), Medium (26–40 lbs), Large (41–70 lbs), XL (71–90 lbs) and Giant (91+ lbs). You can’t change them on this page.
Changing Priced by rebuilds the price rows. The first price you entered carries across, so check the others.
Appointment length is one length per service, not one per size.
Priced by duration uses a Default length instead. Booking can’t offer a choice of length yet, so every visit uses this one. It sets both the time blocked out and the price charged.
Salon and mobile menus. If your business offers both salon and mobile grooming, a Salon / Mobile switch appears next to Service menu, and each has its own list. To copy a service to the other menu, open it and click Duplicate to Mobile (or Duplicate to Salon). The copy opens as a new service for you to adjust before you create it, since mobile prices usually differ.
Delete has no undo. Holding the button is the confirmation. If you let go early, nothing is deleted.
Who can do it. Owners and Admins can change services and prices. Managers, Front Desk, Employees and Subcontractors can view them. Groomr follows the same rule when you ask it.
